Ordered spaghetti carbonara after calling and speaking with a “new staff member”, I received Fettuccine and then rang to complain. The manager would not let me speak, was extremely rude, he stated I threatened his business and to take it up with UberEats because they delivered it. The male was so rude he ended up hanging up on me. We have been regulars for 7 yrs, but after this order, I will never order again from them.
I used to get a Positano's Pizza once a month but it appears they are now making the pizza's with the cheapest ingredients possible and also reducing the amount of toppings they put on. When I raised this with the owner he couldn't care less. Have now been using Don Angelo's at Oxenford and can't believe how much better the pizza is. It's what Positano's used to be like.
I attempted to call and place an order for pickup, but I was disconnected twice. Frustrated, I decided to go to the restaurant and wait instead. The pizza was mediocre and not worth the price, but the pasta was delicious.
Well done good value good food. we are locals and the selection of food places very limited its nice to get a more up market pizza beats the cheap cardboard version of the more advertised outletsand maccas Book a table now
Does anyone know where they have gone? We would get the garlic chilli prawn all the time and sometimes the gourmet vegetarian pizzas, the signs are gone and the shop is empty.
I have ordered from here a few times and sorry to say this was my last, the pizza is just really average and the salad was $14 for 95% lettuce, disappointing.

I have never has a basciola with chilli in it. It was disscusting. Never again. You did not get the choice of pasta they only had fettucine. Book a table now
