Posto's is much more than just another pizza restaurant. They offer a full compliment of excellent tasty appetizers, exceptional pizza, and delicious desserts. We shared their appetizer for perogies stuffed with gorgonzola, fig, and rosemary. The flavors of this left us tempted to order another...round, but we saved our appetites for the pizza. My wife and each ordered our own personal pizza. She got the spinach, shallot, garlic, wild mushroom, grana padano pizza and I got the prosciutto, fior di latte, arugula, grana padano pizza. The crust, sauces, meats, and the rest left us wanting more. We would have done dessert, but were too full from all the great food. Instead, Posto's helped us end...
I am so disappointed as I was looking forward to Posto’s pizza. Due to COVID restrictions it is takeout only. I ordered 2 fior di latte pizzas, meatballs, and the 4 pack of beer. The pizzas are burnt cardboard, not chewy but totally burnt. The...meatballs are fine. Somehow they messed up the 4 pack of beer. It’s supposed to be a surprise collection that Posto puts together. Well, it was 2 of the same beer, stout no less, and 2 IPA’s. Stout is not exactly to everyone’s taste, and to make half of it stout seems ridiculous. One of the cans is dented as well. My son and his wife and kids took me and my wife here for my recent birthday dinner. We ordered a number of appies for sharing all were delightful) and then we shared some pizzas. They have some of the most unique pizzas I...have ever eaten, and the crust is some of the best I have ever tried. A beautiful crust both in flavour and texture.
This is the best pizza in calgary for a fairly decent price. We have come here a fair few times but unfortunately not all the pizzas are consistently good. The prices for all the sides and desserts leaves a lot to be desired especially for...the portion sizes. The atmosphere is nice but they really need a bigger place.
