I know for a fact that this particular Potbelly does not conduct background checks on their employees, which is concerning given the history of some former staff members with substance abuse issues. I visited around 3 PM when there were no other customers. The staff seemed unsure about processing credit card payments. The manager was hiding in the back and didn’t assist the team. My sandwich was left sitting on the counter while the employee focused on taking the next order, despite my repeated attempts to get my payment sorted out. If your going to keep raising the prices. Then put effort into the making of the sandwich. I just had my worst Potbellys. Tuna , seemed short on the tuna salad. Plus all on one side of sandwich. Tomatoes piled in one side. Pickles,asked for extra. Piled on One side. Lettuce? A few strands. Who taught these kids ? Certainly not the regular managers. Unfortunately it was carry out. It was alot for a half a sandwich. I'll stick to my M-F drop in. They're great.
This Potbellies is the worst ine in the entire US. They make the sandwiches wrong every single time. They just put Mayo, lettuce, tomato on every sandwich regardless of what you order. On top of it you I paid $15 for the sandwiches in big size with tip and tax. They also leave the meat out too long that it tastes bad. Every time, the same thing. Don’t ever go there.
Long, long time back I had a summer job in Chicago. I used to eat $1.49 Red hot, fries and a drink. Everytime I return to Chicago, I tried to find that Red Hot. This place is not it. $10 for a small hot dog, fries and coke. The place is beautiful. Service was good but I could had a better hot dog in a convenience store.

Every time I go here, they don't make my sandwich as I order it. All they put on is lettuce, tomato and Mayo. It's horrible and when I called after the third time they got my order wrong, the manager told me I ordered it during a rush so he couldn't do anything. Go anywhere else. Bad potbellies and bad service.
This restaurant is one of the most challenging places to work, yet the staff is exceptionally friendly. The negative reviews are overstated and unjust. The restaurant uses fresh ingredients and provides outstanding service with a warm smile.
an avocado turkey sandwich ordered, but only a regular turkey sandwich. the other ingredients were placed on arta sloppy. I asked no hot paprika and got sharp paprika. overall only a sad experience. two stars for them edible
