The sandwiches have always been excellent here. No complaints what-so-ever there. What's troubling is the employee that was taking the order. My wife was speaking to her and she wasn't acknowledging that she was being spoken to. I initially thought shemay have been hard of hearing, but then realized she had earbuds in her ears and was on the phone with someone while she wassupposed to be listening to her customers. When she finally acknowledged she was being spoken to, she asked the person she wasspeaking to on the phone to hold on and took the order. This was about 6:00pm-6:30pm, Oct. 10th. Soooo disappointed!!! We ordered $70 worth of sandwiches and other items for delivery, we specifically asked not to come before 1:45pm, and to call upon arrival, they didn?t call and arrived at 1:30pm. The food was all stuffed into one big bag, most of thesandwiches had leaked and had oil all over the bags. Horrible service!
The Vegi Melt (used to be Mushroom Melt) and the Apple Walnut Salad are my goto choices. Taste greeeat! My wife wants me to change the rating to a 2 since the Wreck Salad is no longer available at the Dobbin location (told her to make her own review she'll never do that unless she see's this). : D
This is a fantastic little sandwich shop on Dobbin Lane that focuses on the classics rather than trying to innovate. It truly satisfies when you're in the mood for a tasty hot sandwich. They also have wonderful salads if you're looking for something lighter.

I've encountered multiple problems with mobile delivery orders being incorrect. I wouldn't suggest ordering this way; it's much better to go in person to ensure your order is accurate.
I've always been a fan of Potbelly! My wife and I had our first date at the original location. The managers and staff at the Columbia branch are always friendly and outstanding!
The shakes are always delicious, but I was disappointed that my large cup wasn't filled to the top. Please use the correct cup size or ensure it's filled all the way!
The ladies behind the counter were very nice! The food was delicious! My daughter and I enjoy the sandwich and soup option! We will definetly be back!
