Being from out of state, my sister and I wanted to try some eataries we wouldn 't find back home so we decided to pop in to this place. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, keeping it 's occupants cool from the outside elements. The restroom (womens) was clean and user friendly with a pleasant aroma. The customer service here is great, everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful. The manager of The establishment checked on us during our meal to make sure everything was ok let us know if we needed anything to just ask. The food here is pretty amazing! Don’t go here!!!! They were VERY rude!!! We asked what kind of Mac-n-Cheese they had got told “The kind from a bag” ?To make it worse…I was eating my Mac-n-Cheese found a black hair in it!!!! It was taken back up to the counter to get a refund the same guy said “Let me see it, bc I made that Mac-Cheese!!” We showed it to him he just said “Oh! Well..”Then, he said he couldn’t give us a refund, but he could give us a bag of chips (1/2 the price-NO WAY) or a fresh Mac-n-Cheese. I took a new Mac-n-Cheese to MAYBE eat later, but IF I do find something wrong with it I’m calling his Corporate Office. ?
Ordered food with door dash. First time having Pot Belly's. It was ok. The menu online was not a good as in person. Lots of things you can't eliminate or add on app. Sandwiches seemed smaller than Subway. Soups were smaller also. Lots of choices were missing from the app. Like different chips and soups. The salads were delicious.
I really like Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The food is good, but I wish they had whole wheat flatbread. The staff is excellent at customer service and keeping the place clean. I will definitely be returning after 9:00. The prices are a little high, but you get fresh food in generous portions.

I typically get the same thing. The consistency is fairly good, typically clean made to order sandwiches good selection of toppings unfortunately the prices like every where have gotten rough for families to afford. It is a good sandwich if that's what your looking for give them a try.
Love this store! Super friendly staff and always fast service. I’m addicted to the sandwiches and shakes. I even made a mistake on the mobile order and they were nice enough to correct my mistake. 10/10Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian options
I'm not sure what went wrong during our visit, but we usually have a great experience here. However, tonight my wife ordered a sandwich that had dark brown avocados throughout. I took some pictures of the avocados, as well as our receipt.
This restaurant is a must-visit! I ordered the Mediterranean dish and my sister got the BLTA. It was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. If you enjoy spicy food, I highly recommend trying the BLTA with hot peppers!
