If you love Potbelly, just go to any other location but this one. At least if you’re ordering delivery. I guess their deliveries are fulfilled by DoorDash so when my driver got here, I noticed he didn’t give me my Oreo shake and a bag of chips was missing from my order. I called the driver he said they never gave him the shake. I called the store and the “manager” keeps telling me he knows the employee gave the shake to the driver. Doesn’t explain the bag of chips missing from my order… I bet he’s also so “sure” he saw the employee put that in bag also, right? Offer solutions instead of trying to place blame. I don’t care who forgot my shake and chips but I would’ve been a lot happier if the...
The order is never accurate at this location. I purposely have to go to other potbelly’s because they just can’t take a correct order to save their lives. Doesn’t matter if it’s the drive thru, in store or carry out. Each method has always been wrong and adding toppings that you ask not to. Also, management does not do a great job at being solution based. They are very nonchalant about the wrong orders and then want you to stand back in line instead of mediating the issue immediately. I was excited about a potbelly coming to the neighborhood but now back to square one supporting other potbelly’s because the employees can’t simply listen, read or show an ounce of professionalism.
I spent $19 for a Big Turkey and Shake. When I got home and pulled my sandwich out the bag it was wrapped very sloppy and the items on the sandwich were falling everywhere. There was way too much sauce (it looked more like tuna but there was turkey in there). I still tried to eat it but I threw it out. I really used to enjoyed my meals from there but the last 4 experiences, especially this last one, has made me decide to give up on them. I tried but it is too much money to keep giving away. P.M. Male Manager (need training) when asked why for the last 3 times the drive thru cash register wasn’t working and I’m asked to come in store for food didn’t respond intelligently showing he could care less by ignoring my second question and walking away to put out another fire!
