Recently, my GF went to Pots N Woks to get what she enjoyed which is the vegan combo with the vegan Mac. She is limited on food choices so she enjoyed having this as an option near my house. Recently she went kinda late near closing time got her usual and purchased me a regular combo. About 20 mins into the meal she felt a pain in her stomach, it continued and she had to go to the restroom several times. The feeling carried into the night and she was throwing up, shivering and couldn't hold anything down. Not so great service, average or below food and high prices. That 's how I would describe this place. First off they don 't offer 1 item combos. Only 1 item bowls or 2/3 item combos. And the 2 item combos cost is on the very high end $12.75. And they charge $1.00 extra for BBQ dishes. Shrimp dishes are also $1.00 more. They don 't have any signs mentioning this surcharge. And to top it all off they also charge $1.00 if you use a credit card. Most fast Chinese food places dish out the food unto a package as you place your order. Not this place. The food here is really excellent. I often crave their BBQ pork, which is my favorite compared to other Chinese takeout spots. I do agree that the prices are a bit higher than average, but my main issue is the $1 credit card fee. Many places have a minimum charge for card payments, but even when my bill exceeds $20, they still add this fee, which feels quite stingy. I understand that businesses incur service fees, but that's part of doing business, and it's disappointing that this restaurant chooses to pass those costs onto customers. Because of this, I don’t find myself coming here very often.
When I used to order the vegan boneless wings and fries it would be crispy and cooked well. Lately anytime I order it it’s always soggy and the fries are cold like they weren’t cooked or fried properly. Idk what happened, or if there have been changes in who has been cooking it but I want them to know they’ve been doing a terrible job and should get it together. I got it the other day and had to put the meal in the air fryer because it wasn’t cooked all the way through. Please do better.

The food was just average, and the prices are simply outrageous. They have the audacity to charge an extra dollar for the meat in the combo meal. A drink costs $6! This was my first visit, and I won't be returning. Spending $29 for a meal for one is ridiculous.
Way better than Panda! Less greasy with probably better ingredients too. And they pack the box with a generous amount. This has been my go-to for a couple years now. A little more pricy than other spots but def worth it!
The vegan options here are incredible! The food is delicious, and the staff is fantastic! We really appreciate that they frequently introduce new dishes.
