I was surprised to realize that I had never written a review for Prashad, so I will make up for that now. My wife, daughter, son, his girlfriend, and I have dined at this restaurant four times - three times as a couple and once as a family. We have always had a great experience during each visit. I have only been to one other Indian restaurant as impressive as Prashad, but unfortunately, it is now closed (Hansa's in Leeds). The service at Prashad is excellent, with attentive staff who are not overbearing. The ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful and really enhances the overall dining experience. Most importantly, the food at Prashad is top-notch. We have tried the tasting menu three times...
Travelled an hour to dine here for a special occasion. Parking was very busy (and small) and we had to go over to the overflow which isn’t ideal. Still, only a minor issue. We were shown to a lovely table upstairs where the service was excellent. Food was delicious and we thought it was pretty good value for speciality dishes. Efficient but definitely not rushed. If you aren't a vegetarian... you're still going to love it. Friendly and helpful staff it's not easy to navigate a series of new dishes, but they help a lot. We've been several times with friends and family and would recommend Prashads to anyone wanting to have a great night out with amazing vegetarian food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
We travelled from the Lake District for my hubbies birthday treat. Worth the trip this is the most fabulous cuisine, go for the taster menu, you won’t be disappointed. Prashad lives up to its well-deserved reputation and accolades. The tasting menu is exceptional. Skip the poppadoms as you may not have room for them. The restaurant is fantastic, with friendly staff. As vegetarians, we found the tasting menu to be ideal. The service during dinner was great.
buy the Masala chips, they are incredible. I eat here every time I'm in the opposite, but it's quite expensive, so just once. eating is good, but not, for me, exceptionally good. it is worth hunting, tho', delicious vegan food. 7/10 updated by previous review on 2020-01-02
we had a nice Sunday dinner. we ordered from the fixed price menu and the a la carte. there was a lot of delicious vegetarian and vegan food. the staff was very helpful and described every court as it arrived. I can recommend this restaurant and will return soon.

This restaurant is a lovely place and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The Indian cuisine is very authentic, and I devoured every last bite in the thali. I highly recommend this place. I give the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.
