Really good value room was clean and tea, coffee as well and if you ran out they had it on a help yourself basis in the front foyer. Location is great as it's just of A17/A47 junction between Lincolnshire Norfolk. They don't have a restaurant on site but the Brewers Fayer next door offers meal deals to people staying in the hotel. Rooms: Room was clean and tidy. Had tea coffee, decent TV. Nearby activities: Excellent location to be able to access North Norfolk and the town of King's Lynn, National Trust and English Heritage properties some within a 25 minute drive. Lovely reception on arrival, bog standard premier inn, nice and clean with a comfy bed. Lovely powerful shower. I wasn’t kept up through the night but there will be people leaving for work early morning as it’s mostly contractors that use the hotel. BE WARNED, don’t bother with a meal deal or breakfast, the adjoining restaurant is terrible, simply the worst I’ve ever been to adjoined to a premier inn!
