This was possibly the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed at. I waited in line for 25 minutes to check in, with no self-service kiosks available. The staff ignored me on four separate occasions. The rooms clearly need updating, with worn furnishings and rust stains on all the metal parts in the bathroom. The rooms also required a thorough cleaning. The only positive was the convenient walking distance to the tube station. There was a large group of about 60 school kids running wild in the hallways. While I understand managing them may be beyond staff responsibilities, I didn’t want to report the noise complaints to their teachers.
