I stayed here a few years ago and was happy to return. The rooms and housekeeping staff were lovely and friendly. However, the male receptionist who checked us in could use some training in professional behavior. Upon our arrival, he complained, "Hold on while I sort out my boss's mess!" He then went on to grumble about one of our bookings, which had two toddlers and one adult, saying it had been booked for two adults instead. He even made an inappropriate comment about how the fire department would impose a fine and would need to identify "burnt bodies by name." This was completely unsuitable, especially with children present.
Lovely food . Great service. Staff very pleasant and cheerful. Lots of parking. Premier Inn next door and just off of juction 4, M20. So handy for both. Will be back for the carvery, missed out cause they finished serving a 6pm Sunday. But nice choice on menu. Will definitely be back.
Normal Standard. Breakfast in the Brewers Fayre . We used it for Business. Personal friendly and qualified. Only issue is the poor Internet connection of the free WiFi. That should be improved. Rooms: Very Good. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value

The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. I would rate the rooms a 5, the service a 5, and the location a 5 as well. Overall, this hotel offers great value.
