Worst Presotea in Perth. The biggest fail to me was: My tea tasted like water with a hint of tea... the black pearls I have ordered to go with my bubble tea was so damn soft it felt I was eating the mush I feed my infant. That soft chewy texture that pearls supposed to have wasn't there. You have such a big area to prep the bubble teas perhaps clean it up a bit? Not a fan of the weird staff table sitting in the same area, shouldn't it be secluded or blocked off from public view? It's obvious customers came while staff were eating and left everything on the table like a big tin can of food. My partner and I hated our drinks we had a few sips and in the bin it went. I love presotea. My favorite (and since then I have aways ordered this) is Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea, with less ice of course! It's amazing! Perfect level of sweetness and I just love the authentic taste of the tea! It is ideal for any occasion literally! Friendly staff and I have to say that they were really efficient too beating a long line of about a dozen people (plus minus) in a matter of minutes! Bravo!
