If this was my first Brazilian Steakhouse experience, I wouldn 't go to another one again. The self service bar was a mixed bag, some dishes were good, such as the pork and black bean dish. There was a bit of an over reliance on pre grated parmesan that made dishes dry. The restaurant advertised a green card/ red card service but didn 't seem to actually have that. Despite this, service was fairly regular. The restaurant seems to heavily favour filler meats, so either low quality cuts of beef (the beef rib I had a lot of, which tasted very greasy) or meats you would not go to a steakhouse for chicken thighs, sausages, pork ribs etc. A lot of the sirloin offered was exceptionally fatty and on...
Had high hopes for this place after visiting several Brazilian restaurants. Had to ask 3x times for the meat to be cooked medium rare as it was persistently well done. General service overall was poor so we decided not to pay the discretionary service charge of 12.5%. We signed up for their mailing service and received a free “kid eat free” voucher. When we tried to use this, the waitress was extremely rude and told us that if we weren’t going to pay the service charge, we couldn’t use the voucher. All I can say is Wow! My daughter and I have eaten in lots of steakhouses, and this one ranks way up there. The staff were extremely friendly and polite giving us seating options even though we hadn't booked, and no ask was too much trouble. The meats came out thick and fast, with plenty of options like the spicy and lemon chicken, and the portion sizes were very generous. The food was delicious and we were recommended the cheesecake for dessert which was light and balanced. It was the icing on the proverbial cake. This restaurant used to be amazing until 2016, but has since experienced a significant decline. My family stopped going due to the poor quality of food (cheap cuts of meat) and bad service. Despite their warning, I continued to visit until yesterday. When we arrived, we felt unwelcome and were met with cold and rude treatment from the female manager. The rest of the staff seemed indifferent and lacking the friendly atmosphere that used to be present. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will instead explore other Brazilian steakhouses in London.

This past Saturday, my friends and I went to this restaurant. The meat service was very good, but one of the waitresses had a poor attitude. When we asked for a drink, she rudely told us she was too busy. Her service continued to be terrible throughout the meal, and she answered us in a disrespectful manner multiple times. I do not recommend this place. The food may be enjoyable, but the poor attitude of the waitress ruins the experience. You can see the waitress with the terrible attitude in the photo.
I went to this restaurant with a group of friends after work. We received a friendly welcome from the staff. The food options were good, and the meats, chicken, sausages, etc. that were brought to our table were delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely, and the prices were fair. The service was quick, and we were not hurried at all. We all had a great meal and will definitely come back again.
All you can eat meat honestly worth the visit if you are in London ,you pay for a fixed price and you eat different variety of chicken ,chicken wings, beef ,good the starters too, the staff how cut the meat are very friendly and kind ,all my family enjoyed the meal and will definitely come back again and again.
Meat was a bit well done for me. Went on Wednesday as a 2 For 1 deal, but they put the service charge on before deducting the 2 for 1, which is not the norm. Would not go on a non deal day
