Staff Were very Friendly Service was Good, Nice Environment/Atmosphere Food was Delicious however was a bit of A mix up. Me and my Partner Are Veggie/Vegan, I was ordering starters that didn’t have meat but asking for the vegan version anyway just to make myself clear (to avoid a mix up) We ordered vegan pizza, and vegan pasta For mains Though when I Ordered I don’t think I Asked for the pasta to be vegan, but assumed cause everything else was she would put it through The till as vegan It came out and bf tried it first and instantly knew it was real Chicken, we did ask just to clarify if it was and what had happened regarding the mix up, and me And the waitress who was super nice agreed it...
Lunch out after the cinema today. Two grown ups and and one child. The kids menu and food was nice, although the peppers with the humous were past their best. We had the prawn and gnocchi starter which was nice, but glad we shared as it was a really big portion. I had the crab and lobster ravioli which was lovely and my partner had the bacon, chicken and avocado salad which he enjoyed but said could of done with a little less dressing The place is nice and well kept and tables are nicely distanced from one another so you don’t feel crowded. The chap who served us was very efficient, but a smile can go along way But all in all good
We dined for Valentine's evening for the 3rd time since Prezzo was in Chippenham each time it has been great and last night was no exception. Lovely decor/ambience and good menu choices. We had had our mains and was enjoying the evening but had not realised that the desserts had not come to us and that quite some time had passed by. The staff made us aware of this and were ever so apologetic much to our surprise of the delay. The manager even popped by and apologised and amazingly granted our drinks for the evening to be gratis ! Brilliantly trained and well mannered staff. A credit to the company and the town.
We wanted pizza so we stopped here... The courgette pizza was dreadful as it was very lemony and courgetts where almost raw. The waiter was no where to be seen and as we were in a rush we just ate, pay and run. I assume they wanted to keep the pre cuttiled courgettes to keep fresh for longer and used water with lemon to preserve... And in the toilets the chemical storage was wide open while customers (also children) where visiting...

Last night was spent gathering with friends for our monthly meal. This restaurant is ideal for our group and we have never been disappointed with the food here. Zac took care of us and was, as always, an excellent host. The food was fantastic and the service was top-notch. Thank you.
The service at the restaurant was sluggish, even on a quiet weekday evening with only 4 small tables occupied by customers. This included delays in receiving our food, getting the bill, and waiting for a card machine.
A really enjoyable evening. A very big shout out to our waitress Sophie who was wonderful , friendly , efficient and polite . Food was very good and nicely cooked.
An excellent evening with work friends celebrating someone’s maternity leave. Great pizza service. Super kind friendly staff plus a free bottle of Prosecco
