Prezzo - Table reservation

The start of our visit was lovely, the food was good and we were having a really nice time. However, when it came to pay the waitress was very rude. One of my friends had a clubcard voucher to use and told this to the...member of staff before we started to pay. All of us had made our payments and the member of staff went over to check with another waitress about how the clubcard voucher worked. The other waitress named Alisha then came over to tell us that my friend could not use her voucher because payments had started being put through. we were a party that met the night before our no high time. the food was pre-booked, it was a quiet Tuesday at night. we arrived and the place was empty except our group. without going into detail was the service. we had to hunt for the starter and then wait over an hour for the main courses that arrived in the next few minutes sporadically. in relation to the main courses, some of the entries were wrong. a few main thing just didn't arrive, including the vater of the tantigam! the only bright light, was the young lady who served us who had to wear the bretagne of our group. we went away without having coffee-sweet. If I could give a negative score, I would. My/our advice, avoid?!

we had dinner here last night and had exactly the food I had expected. this is not a more expensive place, eating is not pretentious, but they get what they pay for the staff were nice only attentive enough, but we wanted a cozy meal so if asked if ready to order, we said no. they were very happy until we were ready some people want to be in, eat and out so I felt that they met the right note that I enjoyed a dear Italian meal

We had planned to meet friends in the area but they were unable to make it. Instead, we decided to dine at Prezzo and had a fantastic meal served by two lovely young ladies, Shannon and Shona. We wanted to provide feedback on their Prezzovoice website but were unable to do so at the time. We hope that this message will be accepted by Prezzo as these ladies deserve recognition for their excellent service.

We dined at this restaurant with a voucher from Buyagift. The restaurant is lovely and the staff were friendly. The food was delicious, catering to all tastes. The music was a bit too loud and modern for our liking, and the toilets could use some updating.
