They failed to send 1 side of chicken and refused to rectify the matter. They said the only way they would consider providing the missing side is if we sent back the whole order. People were already eating so we told them we could not do that. When thelady that came to the phone wasn't helping I asked to speak with manager and they just left me on hold. I will make sure no onefrom this office never orders from them again. The office ordered $95 lunch tipped the delivery guy $10. Epic Fail, Never Again.
You can label it however you prefer, but it feels discriminatory when the person on the phone speaks English yet there are no recordings available in English, nor do they have staff who speak it fluently. This situation is confusing and suggests that their offerings are limited to Spanish. As for the food, the French toast was just dry toast sprinkled with cinnamon.
