My original reservation time was we got to the restaurant on time and the hostess let us know that the people at our table just checked out and about to leave âit should be minutesâ she said. minutes go by and I go to speak to the hosts at the front again and they had no clue what to do, the people at the table wouldnât leave. After minutes, MINUTES they finally leave. During that minutes wait, no one approached us to give us updates, no one apologized, no one knowledge us at all. I finally decided to call the general manager, Chris, to our table to share my feedback with him, and all he had to say oh I understand the frustration. We had reservations set over a week ago. We still have a minute wait upon arrival. The server was terrible and we had to ask for several items over and over. The food was pretty okay as far as taste, however, a few orders were wrong and had to be sent back to be corrected. I alsed to speak to the manager, he just came and stood at the table looking stupid after me giving him my complaint. I personally wonât ever go back.
