Primo Caffe - Table reservation

Bought a Chicken Skewer Wrap. Description is 'Griiled chicken, peppers, onions, lettuce mayo '. It didn 't come with mayo. So I went up to the counter and said my wrap has no mayo. I was told that it doesn 't come with mayo, you have to put it in yourself, and pointed to where the sachets are located. So 1. The description is misleading, 2. You have to be psychic to know that it doesn 't come with mayo, 3. You have to unwrap the wrap to put the mayo in. Try and wrap that back up! And the best of it is that two waitresses agreed it was strange. Too right! Oh, and website says £5.95. It 's £6.95. P.S. My wife 's Chicken Avocado Salad wrap came with mayo (as in the description).

Terrible service, sat down waiting to be served while a worker went around cleaning tables. I approached the counter to find two other girls too busy to serve me as they were deep in conversation. Don't worry, I took my business elsewhere, won't be back.

I have been going to Primo every morning. The staff is amazing, the coffee is excellent, and the food is always top-notch. They are always so kind and remember exactly how you like your coffee. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had lunch at that restaurant yesterday and it was fantastic. The place was clean and the staff were all wonderful. They have a winter menu with some new items on it.
