I've been to this location about 5 times. Always wonderful service and sandwiches. This last time there was a mix up with an ordered. I called them up and they corrected immediately. They went above and beyond to make it right. You just don't find manyplaces that care about their reputation anymore, but this is one does. A+
So Clean!!! The store is spotless and the staff are so friendly. The food is so fresh and made exactly as you ask. There is one cashier that simply smiles all the time, just because. He is my favorite. I told him keep smiling, the world needs more peoplelike him!
Worst Primos there is. Bunch of kids working there that have no idea what they?re doing and can?t handle the volume. Forget items in your order and the hoagies are just not what they should be for a Primos. Get it together.
The food is great but the staff is continually rude. I'd be here a lot more often if they weren't
