Horrible service. I called before hand to ask what time they close they said 8. I got there exactly at 7:34 pm to get a hoagie after the gym. The door is locked. There was a girl with long braids sweeping the floor close to the door and I said loudly, it says you’re open till 8.” She turns to the girl with the purple hair behind the register, and the girl with the purple hair said, “ No we’re closed now.” I think it’s incredibly unprofessional for a chain to close early when a customer is trying to order a simple sandwich before the closing time of the establishment. Will not be coming back.
I was thrilled to discover that Anthony works at both locations! He always makes every visit so enjoyable and memorable. The way he hands me my delicious, hearty hoagie with a smile brings me such warmth and happiness. I would highly recommend treating yourself to one of these fantastic hoagies—10/10!
I was really disappointed with the National Hoagie Day promotion. The special pricing didn't work as expected. My daughter's hoagie was made incorrectly, so she couldn't eat it. The other hoagies were lacking in flavor and had minimal ingredients. We’ve decided to take a break from this location.
This restaurant frequently puts you on hold or hangs up on you. I waited for 10 minutes today and no one ever answered! When I called back, I was put on hold again right away. The owner really needs to provide better training for the staff in customer service skills.

The food is consistently good and always prepared on time. I order online, and my meals are ready when promised. However, when I go to the counter to wait for assistance, it often feels like I'm disrupting the staff, even when they aren't particularly busy.
I arrived 18 minutes before closing and was informed that there was no bread available at all. It seemed to me that the staff were more focused on cleaning up than on serving me, which felt quite unprofessional. Quite disappointing.
The selection of sub sandwiches here is excellent, even a bit better than Wawa. It's nearly on par with some of my favorite local shops. Plus, the Wednesday special offers members $2 off Primo sandwiches, which is a nice bonus!
UPDATE: It's surprising to see that every other review received a response, but mine didn't. I'm stunned! The dish I ordered was nothing like what I received. Is this some kind of knockoff from Wish? Haha!

This is my favorite location! I love their turkey hoagies and the chicken wraps are delicious. The bread is always fresh. The girls that work in the front are always so sweet, amazing customer service!!
