I’d like to shout out how amazing Primo Hoagie Mount Laurel is!! I placed a giant order for a college men's lacrosse team for early Saturday morning. Chris, the manager was a pleasure to work with, he let me pick everything up prior to them opening so I wouldn’t miss my sons game and everything was ready and organized for handoff to the team! Chris even put a personalized “Good luck” note and mentioned each player and coaches name on the note. That means he took the extra time to look up the team roster to do that! Truly kind and incredible! Our family goes to this Primos often but I highly recommend it for those who have never been!
The food is good, but the staff at the Mount Laurel location is horrible. This place is staffed by people who are rude and don't really know what they are doing. If they were at least efficient, I wouldn't care, but when their lack of capability wastes my time, I can no longer support their business. At least Primo has plenty of other locations to choose from!
They make a very good hoagie with a firm roll. I tried the Vegetarian diablo which had eggplant, provolone cheese and broccoli rabe with some spices. To be honest, I will get it next time with no spices, it was too spicy for my taste. I also tried the potato salad and that was very good. A good reliable hoagie shop.
I order every week and it’s consistently good, quick and the order is always correct. The bread is amazing I dont like Turkey subs but even their limited special turkey with stuffing is amazing! I just need to figure out how to order without the oregano sprinkles on top! Great hoagie, great service ! Book a table now
Second time a phone order has been screwed up here. Got my sharp Italian and when I got home there were no toppings on my sandwich just the meat and cheese. Give me a break. The only way I’ll be back is when I order in person which will not be anytime soon
My brother and I used to get hoagies for lunch when I worked at home. Best place to get sandwiches in Mount Laurel.
Picked up food! Excellant food. Had Roast Beef Small Hoagie. And their Rice Pudding (cinnamon) is great!!

Primo definitely makes a good hoagie, but Jersey Mike's is way better.
