Primos Cafe - Table reservation

I placed an online order 8/23, used Apple Pay to pay for my breakfast, only to get there and be told that my order was not received. I went home got my phone and came back to show the cashier I placed the order. While there I attempted to check my card for the transaction. I checked the wrong card. So I decided to just let it go. This morning I woke up and decided I still wanted the breakfast I didn?t get yesterday, and maybe while I was there I could mention everything from

Well apparently there must be new owners or something. It's not the old primos I've ever enjoyed over these years. We took family members in that are visiting from Scotland. Ordered simple breakfast dishes, which should have came out hot. All four orders every single plate was cold. Nobody's dish was even somewhat warm. One of the items were corrected however it's still a shame when they were not that busy and had plenty of staff hanging around. The young lady that took

Don?t usually gripe about our local establishments that we frequent but this is the last straw. We tried to order online, could not. Husband went to the location and ordered. Waited on the order. Got it and checked the receipt on the bag. It was correct. Got home and it was totally wrong. Took it back to the store and there was an issue. He left it with them and came home. This is not the first time. Last time we went, I paid for dessert with my debit card. The

We went here for dinner and it was terrible. Our food took forever and ALL of it was cold. Even though there was barely anyone in there and several servants just standing around doing nothing. Maybe they're better during breakfast and lunch but we will never go back.

Consistently good food. Breakfast available all day. A different daily entree each day. Good variety of menu options. Very reasonable pricing.
