The food, and desserts, are ALWAYS delicious! I have NEVER had a problem with my order either location that I’ve visited (Hanover Park and, Hillside) until last Sunday. I got home and noticed that the two extra sizes that I’d ordered were not in the bag, nor in their respective meal containers. I immediately called the restaurant and left a voicemail message. I figured I wouldn’t hear from someone until Monday, but then Tuesday came and went, so I called on Wednesday. I was told that the manager was not in, and to call back in an hour. Whenever I'm craving a hearty meal with a generous serving of meat and tasty sides, this is the go-to spot. The service is decent, but since it's cafeteria-style, the service quality doesn't really matter much. A friendly smile and a warm greeting are all that's required. The dining area is tidy, but don’t expect an elegant atmosphere. This place focuses on delivering satisfying food and big portions.
The food here is fantastic, and you get generous portions for the price. The staff is friendly and attentive, all while lovely gospel music plays in the background. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely should—there are still good Christians in the world, and this place is worth checking out. I usually visit the Hanover Park location.

Priscilla's food is okay. Our food was cold the greens had no taste and the portion size has really gotten small. I wouldn't come back for the price, it's to high for the amount of food given. You shouldn't increase the price and decrease the portion size. It's like I went to the taste of Chicago.
Very long wait before our order was taken. The food is definitely overpriced and overrated. The chicken used to make the fried chicken was very old. We've had much better fried chicken elsewhere. We do NOT recommend this place, needs better management and could use a lot of improvement.
A good restaurant but the owner needs more help. It's Sunday and 20 people in line and it's two people working. They are nice but completely overwhelmed. Wait is over an hour and half that's ridiculous. People are walking out If this continues they want be around.
Food was fantastic. I ordered fried fish, yams, turkey greens and cornbread. My daughter had beef ribs, Mac cheese and turkey greens. Friendly staff and fair sitting area. Has fountain machine for dine in refills.

They've implemented some great improvements to the ordering process. The food is consistently excellent. Overall, it's a definite thumbs up!
