The Profigrill is an old fashioned German fastfood restaurant in Wattenscheid – the owner, who is a former sous chef in a Michelin-star-restaurant in Düsseldorf, just got sick of all the Haute Cusine stuff and opened this venue, an classic “Pommesbude”. I have been here a number of times for a quick meal. The food is great, the sauces are self-made so might not be to the taste of those used to the cheap pre-made stuff you get elsewhere. My favourite is the "Pommes Spezial", not only are the french fries good, the use of homemade sauces and red onions makes this typical "Imbiss" dish something really special. The Currywurst is really good too and I get that from time to time too. It doesn't matter when you go there, it is always busy, but with the good food and prices and the friendly owner it is easy to see why people flock there.
one of the best snacks in Germany! excellent food that is removed from normal fast food. when I was on the way to bochum, I and my colleagues have eaten almost 2 weeks in the day. I usually ordered curry sausage or schinitzel and was just thrilled. the prices are absolutely reasonable. the owner is very sympathetic and also stands behind the grill itself. all in all a great snack! I would visit the professional grill much more often, but unfortunately we are separated 500km
I can really recommend the restaurant!I find the selection wide and still has tasted what I have been serving for my part in front of me. Surely I come here for my part with my relatives and can rely on being served masterfully. My sisters and I have the restaurant suitable for all events, whether with companions, acquaintances or relationship.

I come here pretty often each time I am here for business. I try to stop here, usually for lunch. The owner is a former Restaurant chef and he brings his passion for food in, whilst remaining true to the german cuisine. I defenitely recommend this place. Good quality, low prices.
I think the Profigrill is really great. Schnitzel in various variations, Currywurst, Pommes etc. The ambience is typical snacks, but suitable. I always go when I'm here. All I've eaten was so delicious. Prices are very cheap for what is served. Top!
Topp quality of the offered food. The (Metzger) curry sausage is unsurpassed with daily fresh self-cooked curry sauce. If you eat them on site, the plate is lovingly decorated. It's a real professional in the grill.
beautiful, authentic business with good curry sausage. the ventilation or removal should be renewed. you smell like you worked there for 8 hours.
