Have always enjoyed the ambiance at Proof, and of course their excellent selection of wines and gourmet food. Sadly, they apparently are being driven out by some disagreement with the landowner, and will be closing after February Hope they reopen in another location
It was the night before their last night. Unfortunately they have closed
