Please be aware that this restaurant changed ownership on November 1, 2017, and is now called Flying Pizza. It's worth noting that this is a different establishment than the previous Flying Pizza that was located here. Prices are on the higher side; the kids' menu, in particular, is quite expensive at $6.95 per item, although the portion sizes are generous. I thought the tortellini carbonara was just average (I prefer Francesco's), but the meatball sub was outstanding. I was disappointed with the service, as we ordered the kids' meals in advance, yet all the kids' dishes, along with our salad, garlic knots, and entrées, arrived at the same time.
The food is very good, we got a gift certificate from restaurants.com to use there so we had to spend a minimum of $30 between the two of us so we ordered drinks, cheese fries, cheese sticks, garlic knots and a xl cheese pizza. Nothing went untouched!! The garlic knots are soooooo good a must order!! and the pizza was good too. Our service wasn't the best, but food made up for it. We will for sure be back here!
There was only one waitress working, and it was obvious that she was struggling to keep up. The food was rather disappointing. If it hadn't been for Grammy's ice cream, my dining experience would have been quite a letdown, especially considering all the glowing reviews I had read about this restaurant.
I had the chicken parmigiana sandwich. Excellent! Can 't go wrong with any of their sandwiches from what I can see. Unfortunately, their cookies are Death Warmed Over . Absolutely terrific. The only reason I didn 't eat two was I couldn 't. I 'll be back (bad news for my waistline).

I can honestly say that out of the 15 times we've been here, this was the first time we experienced poor service. I truly hope it was just a one-off situation! I still highly recommend this restaurant, but that's why I can't give it a full five stars.
What more can I say? We ended up ordering takeout because the portions are exceptionally generous! So, be sure to visit and have as much fun as we did. It's a wonderful place for vegetarians and gluten-free diners, all set in a cheerful environment!
i've been to Italy, and had pizza there, and I also had it here.. this is Italy in Bridgewater, VA. the best pizza and food you'll ever have.
The food and service were the worst I've ever encountered. It used to be good, but it has really gone downhill. I'm extremely disappointed.
