When I called to express my concern about the amount of chicken in my meal— which appeared to be less than the advertised 29g of protein for new customers—Bonnie promptly addressed my concern and invited me to return. This was truly the best customer service I've experienced, combined with delicious food and generous portions. They also provide nutritional information online, and the atmosphere is lovely. I'm excited to have discovered a healthy dining option amidst the greasy and fried foods typically found in the suburbs of Chicago. The meal was tasty, although there were a few drawbacks. I ordered the falafel while my kids enjoyed smoothies and the Chickie Cheese, which they absolutely loved. Unfortunately, the falafel was stale, almost as if it had been taken from a bin rather than made fresh. Additionally, the bottom of my bowl had some unpleasant, wilted lettuce that looked more like brown stems than actual leaves. (I've included pictures.) Overall, the meal was enjoyable, and there were plenty of vegan options on the menu.

I had a fantastic experience! The salmon bowl was fresh, delicious, and wonderfully balanced with a mix of tangy and mild flavors. The hippie shake paired perfectly with it. The staff were very friendly and even brought my meal to the table since I was on crutches and had difficulty carrying things. I will definitely be back!
