The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no way to check a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for someone to even greet our table, so we could already decide on our dinner when a server spoke to us for the first time. It then took another 25 to 30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar Salad, Slider and Lobster Mac and Cheese and I wouldn't order anything more. The beer was good and it seemed a fun place. There was live music which was really good, but the whole place was so loud that it was impossible to talk to.
My party was unable to be seated because 7 Hills does not accept reservations on Sunday. I was highly disappointed by this because my party had gotten together to celebrate an anniversary and after waiting for over an hour, we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. They informed me they had notified Open Table, that they do not accept Sunday reservations several times. I use OpenTable for all my reservations and have never had an issue like this.
This restaurant does not accept open table reservations. Even though we reserved a month in advance, this was not taken into account. I complained that she had our information and could have called us to let us know so we could make other arrangements. Only then did they agree to finally sit us down. The place is currently the IT spot. Arrive early on Sundays or you won't be able to take a seat. The food is homemade with love.
The atmosphere was good, the staff friendly. Pub food was ok during happy hour. At dinner ... fish dishes was awful! We ordered pan seared scallops, prawns and grits I had a much better seafood pasta dish. I just think the starters need work. But the DJ was good for late night entertainment!

Although you can make a reservation on YOUR website, they do not want to honor it. The waitress was amazed at a reservation. It gets busy and super loud to the point that even though you yell in someone's ear ... they can't hear you.
I had the best time ... everyone was professional, personable and friendly. The food was amaaaaazing. I am already planning my next visit.

Very good food, but super long wait for the five appetizers we ordered. Service was decent.
I think they were understaffed. The waitress was baffled ... the food was okay.
