So be warned... The servings are big! We shared for starter tortellini with ham, peas, mushrooms and it was delicious. We speak virtually no German or Italian so difficult to understand portions and recommendations but our wait staff were patient and generous, but still we...had no idea of meal size. For main I really enjoyed a small amount of the veal scallopini with mushrooms and tagliatelli, and my other half had a recommendation of pizza ... Mushroom, artichokes, peppers, olives etc etc about half of. Wine was good including house red and again our wait staff were really good. Disappointments would be the salad was dressed with mayonnaise style coleslaw instead of traditional balsamicoil...
My husband had to go to Rastatt, Germany on business in the end of October. He stayed at The Puccini Hotel and ate Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The women who worked there did not speak English, but was very nice and used hand...gestures to communicate when she cooked his Breakfast in the morning, He was very pleased with both meals he had, Everything is in German. No English menu
The food was very tasty, unfortunately it was disturbed by the extreme screaming of children. The landlord had a visit from his relatives and unfortunately they didn't manage to calm down a small child; it was hardly possible for us to have a conversation. Lovely atmosphere and decor varied menu. Our party first had antipasto which was excellent in quantity as well as taste and variety then separate orders of pizza, salmon linguini, mussells, scallopini marsala, lasagna, and the fish of the day. All of our dishes...were excellent! Finished off with a creamy lemoncello after the dining experience was lovely

Had a dinner here during my stay in Rastatt. The pasta was good and the portions are big enough actually almost too big. The staff was friendly, although at least our waitress didn't speak any english but nevertheless we managed to order and pay the...food. Probably worth a visit in you're staying near
small hotel connected to the restaurant with personal fair. the rooms are exceptionally clean just a little too small. the breakfast is sufficient and the staff is very friendly. You can eat very well in the restaurant. the road is not really to hear.
we were so pampered. the atmosphere, the service, the eating, the wine. simply fantastic. the antipasti mista a grumpy, the rumpsteak gorgonzola breaks down on the back. .
Friendly staff and very good food. I can only suggest the Antipasti plate for an appetizer. Huge variety of different Italian foods. Phenomenal assortment..
