This was my first and definitely last visit to this restaurant. The food was decent, and the waitress was attentive, but we had an unpleasant experience. Since we were paying in cash, the waitress asked if we could use a card instead, explaining that if we paid cash, they would have to cover a percentage out of their own pockets. We felt bad for her, but we only had cash. Then, when we checked the bill, we noticed they had added an extra $10 service fee! When did restaurants start doing this? We're already paying for the food, and without service, the restaurant wouldn't be in business. It all felt very strange, and these new policies from the owner seem excessive. This place is taking advantage of their customers. My total came to $50.64, and I didn’t add a tip to my card because I always tip in cash. I gave the server $10 in cash and then accidentally added another $10 tip to my card, resulting in a total charge of $60.64. So, even though I didn’t intend to tip through my card, I ended up tipping twice: $10 in cash and another $10 charged. Plus, they slapped on an extra $2 fee for using my debit card. This practice feels like stealing from customers.

The restaurant offers excellent service and great value, particularly with their daily specials and happy hour deals. The atmosphere is fantastic, and they also serve delicious desserts. It has a cozy neighborhood vibe and is clean and tasty. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day at work.
The food was decent, but the presentation was poor. They really need to improve how they plate their dishes; I felt like I was eating off styrofoam. I've decided I won't be ordering from here again.
This location is the weakest link in the chain. I'm not sure if it's due to the staff or the management, but I only visit here when I'm too lazy to go to the other locations.
I really enjoyed the flavors of the campechana and fried shrimp at this restaurant. The food was delicious.
