I regularly visit Pure Gelato and have always found the staff extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. The extensive flavour selection is incredible and they are always adding new flavours. We regularly order the gelato cakes and they are amazing. I almost always order online which is easy and quick. The order is always located no matter how busy they are. The prices are great and as stated the gelato is delicious. Never had a bad one.
I buy around 3 tubs of Gelato every 6 weeks.Love the Chocolate flavour as I make The Best Gelato skim milkshake ever and you don't have to add anything else to it.Refreshing good old fashion Gelato milkshake. Yum! Yum!Try it sometime, my next flavour is coffee and I will try to make ice coffee for these hot hot summer days.ENJOY!
A good store layout, knowledgeable staff and an abundance of choice. Prices are reasonable and new flavours come out weekly. The kids can even buy 3 scoops of any flavour in a cone or cup for $5.50. Going to any gelato or ice cream shop elsewhere you would be looking at close to double the price for the same thing.
Nice little 'outlet' store where you can buy tubs or just cones/cups of ice-cream.Eat directly from the source at a cheaper price and with a wider range, they're basically the factory that supplies to the many of the stores in Westfields and the like.There are diabetic versions too which change from time to time. We have been travelling across to Croydon from the other side of town to buy this wonderful gelato. I always keep my esky in my boot just in case. The range of flavours are wonderful and all the family have their favourites, plus the gelato comes in two different sizes.
What a wonderful place with so many choices! Unfortunately there was only one girl working and about 20 people turned up at the same time- it was very hot in the shop and people were frustrated waiting but the girl serving was still very pleasant and did a great job!
Always a pleasure to eat this divine ice cream. Cakes are to die for and being local we are eternally grateful. Different flavours and classic chocolate is yummy. Reasonably priced and worth a visit.

I have bought many iceream cakes through the years from Pure Gelato. We generally go for the chocolate hazelnut cakes.
