Severely understaffed, we waited so long to get our orders taken then even longer to actually get our food. At least half an hour of waiting, and I wish I was exaggerating. The food was also insanely overpriced. Based on taste and quality alone I would not purchase it again for any price, let alone $22 for the chicken katsu. We weren't given napkins or plates for our appetizers. Overall I wish I could get my time and money back. I don't usually leave bad reviews. But honestly just go to Lan Ramen.

The food was great but the service was terrible. I would not do sit down and only take out. There was one server and they were really clueless. We waited 20 min to have our order taken and at least 20 min when done to get the check. I actually had to go up to the counter to ask for my check. I am trying to call the manager to give some honest feedback. It could be great if the service were improved.

service was meh and we had to ask for our utensils to be given to us. the food was so ridiculously flavorless especially considering the prices. the ambiance/lighting was nice though but the air conditioning was freezing. the appetizers tasted better than the main dishes…Food: 2/5
