I felt a little ripped off after ordering Yemeni tea and realizing it’s $10, and, also after the fact, coming to find out it’s a whole tea pot I am given when it was just myself. I feel the communication from the staff and maybe the menu language could be better adapted to fit the offerings of this otherwise cultural gem of a business which does serve wonderfully authentic and delicious tea and other products, and not leave customers confused or feeling scammed for what they didn’t even realize they ordered (other friends had the same experience as myself . I’d like to come back but definitely with a more mindful approach of what I’d order and maybe with a group of people as opposed to solo.

Unforgettable experience of different tasting coffees and teas… It was my first time visiting and I asked a lot of questions about different drinks on the menu… I ordered Yemeni coffee with cardamom and milk which was fresh, hot, and delicious. Then Sameer and Omar offered me 6 varieties of teas. I also tried their flaky pastry with honey on top (thanks Ibrahim! . It was all so delicious and made me feel like I was in a different world… thank you KAHWA! Keep it going this way!

I enjoyed the cardamom coffee and Lebanese cream cheese and honey pastry. Cardamom adds a bit of sweetness that’s not overpowering. I like that the place is proud of Yemen culture and the coffee making process with inforamas and photos on the walls. Not crowded on a weekday morning, so was a good place to catch up with my friend. My only complaint is that a pot of coffee is expensive, $11, unexpectedly. Certainly enough for 2 people.

I am absolutely enamored with this place. The service is incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere is perfectly suited for such a charming locale. I must confess that I am absolutely itching to even make the journey from LA just to savor their delectable coffee infused with tantalizing spices and coffee husks. I am eagerly anticipating the day when they open a location on the West Coast. Book a table now

I really enjoyed the Yemeni tea and the honey pastry. It was quite a treat! Not cheap but worth the try and was worth it.I would totally give this place 5 stars, but i found out that they charge a credit card fee. It is 2023 and this place operate in New York and it a chain, It is not cool they charge that

This is my favorite cafe in Brooklyn! What a lovely space, and what a wonderful immersion into Yemeni culture. The coffee is top quality as are the teas. I had the Adeni tea and lemon Bundt cake. The staff really are very hospitable! Do yourselves a favor and give Qahwah House a try.

My favorite spot in all of NYC. I’ll give you five stars because of this:1. Music2. Staff3. Coffee, food, etcéteraI have to say my cappuccino is not always the same person who makes it but is fine you should train them but it’s not a big deal because you guys are 10/10 for me ?

This is the perfect spot for me. It has a fantastic atmosphere for both family and friends. I appreciate having a place like this that is welcoming to Muslim customers who may not be interested in going to a bar or club. The staff is incredibly friendly. Book a table now

All I can say is that this place is worth the hype. Oh, and also that the tea pastries are spectacular. Servers are all friendly attentive. If I could give this tea house 10 stars, I would. ?
