The staff seemed to overlook customers' requests, which required us to repeat ourselves multiple times—sometimes as many as four times. Among the three employees who prepared our meal, only one displayed a friendly and positive attitude, while the rest contributed to a negative atmosphere. When I asked for a phone number to report my unsatisfactory experience, the manager stated that she personally handles all complaints, including those against her, and mentioned that she writes her own paycheck. I've visited this restaurant several times and always find ample parking available. The establishment is clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is professional and very accommodating. The food is fresh and delicious, and I consistently get generous portions for my burrito. If you prefer faster service, you can order online. My only complaint about Qdoba is that their app can be somewhat difficult to navigate.
Great quality food! Employees don?t greet guest which is okay I guess. I was corrected very incorrectly about them having ?ho-jita? cheese after I asked for the cojita cheese repeating myself twice. I am puertorican and i think the staff needs to beeducated about what they are serving. Made me laugh tho lol
The drive thru was a bit strange. I had to ring a bell to get any service and even then I waited a few minutes before someone noticed I was there to get my order. The food was good, nothing amazing. Qdoba has a way better portion size than chipotle which is always a win.

The cost for a bowl that includes just one scoop of rice, steak, and a drink is $15.19, which I consider to be quite overpriced. I don't think I'll be coming back.
I ordered what I thought would be vegetable broth, but it turned out to be just a bowl without any broth at all.
This was my first time trying Qdoba, and I must say, it was the best QuesaBirria Quesadilla I’ve ever had!
The food was bland and contained very little meat. It was also overly soggy and leaked from the bowl.
