My recent visits have been disappointing. The restaurant is rather unkempt and appears to lack effective management. This wasn’t the case before. The staff seem disengaged, hastily assembling orders, and even polite requests for more attention to detail go unheeded. Additionally, they’ve run out of guacamole on two occasions recently, which I believe is due to the morning shift. Overall, the atmosphere is chaotic, disorganized, and the service has been unfriendly.
I want to praise the staff at the register and in the food preparation area because, from what I’ve seen, the weekday rush hours are extremely hectic for them and they seem to be quite understaffed. Consequently, I've noticed that portions can occasionally be smaller due to the long lines. Despite this, my overall experience has been consistent, and I really hope the manager considers adding more employees to avoid issues in the future.

I stopped here for a quick lunch and ordered the chicken burrito online. When I arrived I parked in their lot. I walked in and told the nice lady my name. My food was ready and I left. When I dug in the burrito was good and filling. I also enjoyed the chips. I had a good experience.

Wooww no wonder about the low ratings. 15 dollar the new steak and shrimp bowl was half empty. Just look at the previous customer low rating reviews.
