I love Qdoba and get it quite often. One suggestion I’d make is to make sure you pay attention to online orders. A few times I’ve come in, I ordered my food and was quoted 20+ mins for pickup, which is fine. The problem, is that sometimes I get there at my pickup time and wait an extra 10-15 minutes because they keep helping people as they walk in and instead of pausing to complete the online orders.
Awesome customer service and great teamwork between the manager and staff when completing your order. From the front door to the bathroom this is facility is super clean! The dining area is open to the public with a mask on policy until you are seated. If your local to the area they are hiring, so come on down and fill out an application or grab a bite to eat. The food is AMAZING!!
Food is good. Restaurant is cramped with storage spilling into customer area. You may serve your own drinks but not, for some reason, help yourself to forks or napkins, which you must ask for specifically. Not the greatest if dine-in experience, but quality of food is such we will not simply take them off our list.
I love Qdoba and I stop by this location often. My only suggestion would be that they chop up the pico de gallo ingredients more finely. Every time I take a bite there are enormous chunks of red onion.
