The service at HQ Valparaiso-GO was terrible, which made me not return. Today, 03/11, I decided to give it another chance, and as for the service, it was better. However, the chicken was terrible, tasting like old fat and looking like old fat. It is disrespectful to the consumer for a franchise like this to offer such quality food. We ordered two dishes, there was a mistake in one of them that came without the accompaniment, I had to go back there to request it. soft drink of dubious quality, it was supposed to be Guaraná but it tasted like Kuat. one of the dishes had chicken, which came raw. the vinaigrette salad is poorly cut, there is a lot of onion. the dish should have come with beans, and it didn't!
