Quattro Passi - Table reservation

We visited the restaurant on a saturday evening with persons. The service was miserable as the staff wasn't friendly nor knowledgeable. The wine served tasted awful but their only reply on the complaint was it's the same wine like ever. The service staff didn't...manage to serve the table in a manner you're expecting in a restaurant they lost cutlery and served the wrong drinks and food to the different tables. At the end of our stay no excuses for the many mixups and mistakes but a discussion about whom to pay the unacceptable wine. Beside this awful service the loudness in the newly furnished restaurant is canteenlike. Amazingly the food was splendid but this staff is a mess

It took minutes to getbthecfirst drink. Then we had to ask if we could order some food. The crustini look another minutes to come and the main only came after asking where it was. Good was average and the attitude was simply disgusting....If they where bust I could under stand but with tables of people..... Simply forget about the place not worth even considering

I was there after a funeral and the service was terrible. people, some had coffee, others had bread rolls, other had cold cuts but no one had all things. It was way over priced and the service was the worst i have ever seen....NEVER AGAIN will I or anyone from my family or friends go again

Decent food with terrible and very slow service. Even though they treat themselves as a child friendly restaurant, the slow service and food delivery hour for a meal...yes!, hour for spaguetti dishes makes it impossible with small children

Second time i was here. The service was really good and the food even better! I had an amazing time here! The food was made with fresh ingredients and the presentation was amazing! You absolutely get what you pay for
