I wanted to support a local business for Thanksgiving and happily chose Queen Cheesecake. Her pictures on her website looked amazing and she had a great selection of deliciousness to chose from. In theme with the holiday, I selected the sweet potato cheesecake. I was able to place my order online and received a text message to confirm. The bakery is a home based business and was easy to find. Queen greeted me at the door and the cheesecake was beautifully decorated. Queen also included a written thank you card along with a chocolate-nice touch! Wow!!! I live in Texas and had a Strawberry Cheesecake delivered to my parents in DC for their anniversary. The customer service was fantastic! The staff even suggested the Strawberry Cheesecake, which turned out to be a huge hit. I've just placed another order for Christmas. Plus, my dad, who is a chocolate lover, absolutely adored the thank-you bag filled with chocolates. I highly recommend Queen Cheesecake for your next event!
I ordered four cheesecakes from Queen, and they were all absolutely delicious! I even inquired if they offered cheesecake by the slice or frozen cheesecake pops, and she mentioned that those options would be available soon! I was really disappointed with my experience! I ordered a cherry cheesecake for my dad's birthday, and it turned out to be a big mistake. I had scheduled a pickup for 1:00 PM, but it was delayed by an hour because they were delivering another order first. To make matters worse, the bag I received had a strong odor and brown stains on it. I won't be coming back again!

I live all the way in Brooklyn, NY, and was able to place an order and have it delivered to surprise a loved one. Her customer service was remarkable and timely. After delivering it, she made sure to notify me which was appreciated. She made his day and according to him, the cake tasted amazing!
