I had a truly terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. The staff seems to lack the skills needed to properly interact with children. In particular, Deborah yelled at the kids for simply asking about refills, which I found completely unacceptable. I'm genuinely appalled by the behavior displayed at this establishment. I won't be returning, and I sincerely hope they consider hiring better employees in the future. It’s important to remember that having a bad day doesn't justify taking out frustrations on customers, especially children.

While their subs are generally good, I wouldn't recommend ordering the breakfast subs. I tried one today, and they added so much tomato sauce that it overwhelmed all the other flavors.
