I just had a horrible experience 5 minutes ago at this quick check getting gas. First I 'm sitting there for a while thinking my tank is being filled up and the guy comes back oh sorry I didn 't put it through. I was like ok no problem. Then he said while the gas is going into my car you need to move I was like how can i move there is gas going into my car??? there was a large truck that needed to back into the space behind me. So the attendent again ordered me to move while the gas is going into my car. Super dangerous. So i had no choice but to do so because he wouldn 't ask the truck driver to wait a minute. I 'm never going back to this quickcheck again. Horrible experience and super rud...
Getting rid of the cash self-checkout was a HUGE msitake. Now there are often 4 credt/debit only self-checkouts that no one uses, and a big line for the one cashier to pay cash. I'm not sure if it was that the cash one is too hard to keep up with, or they think most people just want to pay with a card, but this shows they don't really know their clientele.
