I wouldn’t recommend getting sandwiches from this place; they don’t take the time to make them properly, and they’re not interested in fixing their mistakes. This QuickChek often doesn’t provide receipts, and when you go back, there’s never one available to prove you were there. The customer service is awful! They have ants infesting their slushie and fountain drink machines, which I know about because I used to work here. They also have a mouse problem. I'm going to contact my bank to dispute my QuickChek order since it was wrong, and they refused to make it right. I have video evidence of everything! I wouldn’t recommend ordering sandwiches from QuickChek—they just don’t do them well, and it seems like they don’t care. This location often forgets to give receipts, making it impossible to prove your visit if you need to return. The customer service is terrible. I even noticed ants in their soda and well drink machines—I know this because I used to work there. They also have a mouse problem. I’m planning to dispute my incorrect order with my bank since QuickChek refuses to fix it. I have it all on video! I ordered two chicken subs, and when I got home, there was no chicken in either of them. The manager offered to make me new subs, but it seemed like they just added the chicken on top without addressing the other missing ingredients I had requested. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had issues with my orders; they've consistently messed them up and left out ingredients. This has been the worst experience I've had at QuickCheck.

Desiree answers the phone and hangs up almost immediately every single time. You're supposed to say hello and wait a few seconds, but she can’t even wait one second. Then they choose not to answer at all. The worst part is that I was calling because of my Uber Eats order—I just wanted to confirm part of my order would be included before the driver picked it up. It was supposed to be a quick, 20-second call. Horrible experience. Book a table now

Save your time and head to the QuickChek in Harrison instead. It’s larger, much nicer, and has significantly more staff on the night shifts. It took 20 minutes just to heat up mozzarella sticks—how is that even possible? The staff here are really friendly, which is probably the only upside. But if you get frustrated easily, definitely choose the Harrison location.

Oh my gosh, all the negative reviews are unfair. Working here isn’t easy. I do have some complaints, but I’m happy to acknowledge how hard they work. I come here five days a week at 5:30, and I’ve never had a problem. So, to everyone leaving negative comments—don’t judge so harshly over a simple mistake or because something you wanted wasn’t available.

Not my favorite QuickChek, but not the worst. The worst part about this location is the parking lot . Definitely best for off hour visits if you 're driving; otherwise walk, or go to the QuickChek in Harrison.
