A guy working here named Jonathan got no type of work ethic or care about customers no customer service whatsoever I paid for a drink that tasted sour maybe even spoiled milk I asked to changed it and his response was because I drank it he couldn’t. Rude staff. Came in 20 min before closing to meet friends and grab a drink. They had the sitting area closed off. As I sat in the mini sitting area and waited for my friends, they told me repeatedly they were closing soon. I told them I know that just waiting for friends. Overall just got bad vibes.
Kids liked the boba tea and the food they ordered (teriyaki rice bowl, bbq wings, pot stickers). FYI everything is fried, in case you're looking for a variety of options. Super easy screen ordering and the folks who work there were really nice. Food arrived quickly :)Food: 4/5 Book a table now
Good drinks overall and the food is decent (except the fried squid). They overcook the squid every time now so that it's inedible which is too bad because it used to be good. I like the unagi bowl and popcorn chicken. Overall I'm a repeat customer!
The #251. Fried Lobster Ball with chili powder, pepper salt, and basil and #243. Curry Fish Ball with Basil were fire per usual. Will always order this. But let me tell you that Mango Escape smoothie was so freakin good. Will def order again
The worst service. Should be called Slowly because of how slow the service is. The food was nasty and the employees were nasty. Worst Christmas ever.
Took kinda a long time so quickly? IdkThe food was good though I recommend staying away from too much of the fried stuff. mushubi was on point. Book a table now
