I recently ordered 2 sandwiches to-go from this restaurant, only to discover upon opening them at home that one of them had ranch dressing instead of chipotle mayo (which my wife is allergic to). Unsure if I had made a mistake in my order, I returned to the store to get a replacement. Unfortunately, I was met with a very aggressive and argumentative employee (who was not wearing a name tag), almost yelling at me when I asked for another sandwich. Despite my attempts to calm the situation and simply order a new sub, the employee continued to argue with me. Eventually, after a few minutes of being ignored and lectured about financial losses caused by the situation, I was able to get my replace...
I went to this quizno's and purchased a sandwich and drink. The transaction went through on the machine and said approved. It states on my credit card statement it was approved. However on the ladys end that transaction said not approved. She tried to get me to pay twice. I refused to pay twice as the transaction showed up on my end. I walked out and called master card and was told that Quiznos indeed did recieve the money for the sandwich and there was nothing they could do to dispute that charge cause it was not showing up as a duplicate. Long story short Quizno's charged me for a product I never recieved and mastercard let it happen! Don't recommend this Quiznos to anybody. Very poor cust...
I ordered from skip the dishes. Please explain to me why banana peppers or whatever these spicy ones are were put into my sandwich instead of th GREEN BELL PEPPERS like I asked for? Those are clearly not bell peppers. I am at work right now and my body is breaking out into hives. I had a couple bites before I noticed something was wrong and now I am sick at work. This is completely unacceptable. If your staff cannot read orders and don't know what ingredients actually are, get staff who do. Will never order from this location ever again or come back.
This Quiznos location was a disappointment. The bread was stale, the toppings were scarce, and they didn't have horse radish sauce. I ordered the guacamole veggie sandwich and it only had 3 mushrooms, 2 tomatoes, a small amount of lettuce, and a hint of onions, with lots of sauce but barely any guacamole. My husband had the steak sandwich, which only had a thin layer of steak, a tomato, lettuce, and onions. The fountain pop machine was still broken. I don't plan on returning to this location. I have visited other locations, BUT NEVER LIKE THIS, I don't know the girl's name but my visit was Saturday May 20, 2023, 7:00 pm, she is very kind, BUT ABOVE ALL, SHE PREPARES THE BEST QUIZZOS I HAVE EVER TESTED IN MY LIFE . EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE.
Food was ok not great, with only two staff members working lunch rush the wait was not worth it. There were other obvious cleaning measures that had to be addressed and the washrooms were both in need of replacements.
One of the better sandwich/sub shops in the city. Food is made to order and actually has flavor unlike Subway... and its baked in their pizza style oven to deliciousness....
This is a good place to get a high quality sandwich. Unless they're really busy that it takes a long time. Book a table now
