The fried oysters were way overcooked, so much so that the batter was hard to crunch and tasted like old grease. I told the lady at the counter that and I think she got offended, she said that if you order them lightly cooked they will cook them that way. Anybody that grew up on the coast will tell you oysters are NOT supposed to be fried hard as a rock. The bisque was ok although it's made with Asian crayfish. Louisiana crayfish are purged before they are cooked and packaged Asian crayfish are not and these still had that muddy taste to them. Serving overcooked oysters by thierself in a plastic basket with no sides turned the perfect atmosphere into a tourist trap atmosphere. This is a beau...
