New restaurant in Aire sur la Lys which needs to get a few détails sorted ....bread and butter had to be requested with plate of -good- smoked salmon which came with no dressing and 2 tiny cold blini halves, mistakes on the bill (two extra glasses of wine) which although speedily rectified when pointed out shouldn't have occured in the first place.....expensive for this type of restaurant which is a disadvantage of having to order à la carte (no choices on fixed price menu which I don't think was available in the evening anyway). Charming service by young waitress and meat of good quality.....so redeeming features but room for improvement.

Une découverte un samedi midi. Nous avons pris des rognons délicieux. Nous avons vu préparer les steaks tartare devant nous pour d'autres tables.Nous avons été bien accueillis sans réservation. Par contre les prix sont un peu élevés. Chaque plat est 1 à 3 euros trop cher. Ce qui fait que l'addition s'en ressent. Mais nous avons passé un bon moment et nous sommes régalés. Décoration moderne.

Très bonne cuisine avec des produits frais et de qualité avec un plat du jour toujours juste dans la saison.Décor sympa et moderne.Dommage que la responsable fasse trop matrone!En tout cas allez y la cuisine est super

Delicious food, good selection of wine, friendly staff. Premium price for premium quality in a casual setting. Owner cares about customers focus on regulars, but travellers, like us, were also taken good care of.

Great location in the main square. Sat outside at 9.30 in the evening after crossing the tunnel. Served promptly and very good homemade food. Friendly staff. Highly recommend
