We waited 35 minutes for cold food to be brought to our table, not to mention it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the whole day. On top of dissatisfaction with our food, the manager was a nightmare to deal with, didn’t apologize, didn’t ask how she could make our experience better, instead she laughed at my husband as she was giving our money back. We have been to R&R many times and have always been served great food and had a great experience. I will never go back to this location. And I hope the manager gets some serious customer service training because she needs it.

I dined in for lunch and enjoyed a fantastic meal, especially the Caveman Burger, which was outstanding and fully deserving of a perfect rating. The service was attentive and friendly, earning a solid four-star rating. The atmosphere of the restaurant was decent but could use a bit more charm, resulting in a three-star rating. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend trying the Caveman Burger!
We ordered catering from the Farmington location. Ashleigh was AMAZING to work with from step 1 of the process. She was above and beyond helpful every step of the way and made sure that every sing one of our guest was beyond satisfied. All of our guests were incredibly pleased with the presentation and the taste of the food and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be using this service again in the future, thanks to Ashleigh!! Pretty good, I've been missing Oklahoma/Texas BBQ lately and this place has been (almost) hitting the spot. I wish they had fried okra but I get that Utahns probably don't have the pallette for it. We arrived for a birthday celebration, and to our surprise, they were already out of ribs before 6:00 PM. A rib restaurant should never run out of ribs, especially at that hour. I definitely won't be returning. The owners should be embarrassed for cutting costs like this. I've visited before, but claiming to be "championship BBQ" is just ridiculous.
