I made a reservation. you have the location of the restaurant and guess what? they were closed. we thought they might have been in a new shop. we called the phone number and got a recording that we are looking forward to serving as a meal. then they will inform us about all the others. So we had to make a further reservation quickly and drive a few miles to another restaurant. restaurant we have made the new reservation atwhat still in the store. to the happiness we have to eat.
we came with a reservation to find that the restaurant was out of business and had closed. note at the door said to come lombard location. it is still open as open. they must mark it closed. we were not very happy to say the least we were driving there (3 cars) and had to find somewhere else to go. other people went to eat there and said they had stopped. very disappointed we were not alarmed. confirmed reservation in the night before.
This isn't a review of Ra Sushi Restaurant, but a message to Open Table. Ra Sushi is no longer open, and I was allowed to make reservations through your app. Admittedly I didn't do my homework and check to see if Ra was still in business, but nonetheless you should remove Ra in Glenview from your app so others aren't mislead into thinking they will be able to dine there. Thank you.

The restaurant is permanently closed. We booked through OpenTable, arrived and found a vacant space where there was formerly a restaurant.
Where's my waiter? Better order drinks and food at the same time, two tables are too much for this guy Food comes before drinks.
