All right, fine restaurant in briey. orf . good simple products, but very well cooked and cheap .example in menu entry to 27€, I chose eggs poached with cream of mushrooms and gimgembre foam. What a nice surprise. It is perfectly spicy and golden.Then a very good square of pig on an excellent corriandre juice yet I am not a fan or corriandre or pig).It is very well done with emulsion of beet mounted to the nut, confites potatoes. everything is well done then dessert with pear and chocolate,nickel. Glass wines are of quality, yet I am difficult. And besides, they're very nice young people, please do as much as you can.
It's a good thing to have this restaurant in briey. simon is a creative, accessible chef, and above all, one of the only ones to manage to make me systematically love dishes that at the base I don't want to eat. Coral (and his team) in the room is awesome, always smiling, always up. I don't count the number of times we came to eat, never a false note.
