I visited Racks for my works Christmas party. We were sat at larger tables at the end of the restraint and had food bar service. The food was nice, although it was a set menu of choices because it was a larger party. The staff were helpful and good fun at the bar. I’m unsure on the cost and value for money as it was a work event. The atmosphere was cosy and very private. I definitely plan to visit again in a non-work’s party capacity.
My experience with the 'penny pizza' promotion at this restaurant was not very positive. Despite being a good deal, one of the pizzas arrived much later than the others, an extra pizza was charged on the bill, and the quality of the pizzas was disappointing. The toppings were dry and overly sweet, and the crust lacked chewiness. While I have enjoyed drinks at this venue before, I will not be dining there again.
The staff at this restaurant is lovely and amazing, working diligently to ensure everything is perfect even during busy service. I didn't particularly enjoy a drink I ordered, but it was remade to my liking right away. I just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff who exceeded my expectations. The gluten-free food at this restaurant is top-notch, and they even offer Arbor's gluten-free Mosaic beer on tap! The gluten-free options are clearly labeled on the menu, and the staff are very knowledgeable. The pub has a great atmosphere and offers seating both inside and outside. Overall, one of the best spots in Bristol. Book a table now
Had a fantastic Sunday roast here on a wet and miserable bank holiday weekend- just what was needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful (Emily was our girl) , ambiance was relaxed , food delicious and cooked perfectly and the loveliest thing was how the staff all smiled at each other and helped each other!
Recently I enjoyed a lovely aperol spritz before lunch in the Garden area! How wonderful to sip and soak in the sun! My experience at Rack was made even better by the delightful staff member who went out of his way to make our day! Thank you Conor S. :
The consistency over three different visits earned my 5 stars with excellent, friendly, and efficient staff, wonderful food, and a chill, trendy vibe inside and out. I highly recommend Racks!
